There are many stable geographic factors control the change and the fluctuation of the rainfall in west bank in particular and generally in Palestine, which lead to a locational distribution for the rain fall.

The most eminent factors are location and terrains, there are also changeable climatic factors which are basically joined with the coming troughs movements through the Mediterranean sea which joined with the middle front and depend on the frequencies of the jet polar current and change it's movement toward the south in winter.

Therefore, the study aimed to give a detailed picture for the fluctuation and changes of rainfall and determine their directions in the west bank.

The study showed a large increase in the fluctuation and change in the west bank.

the highest standard deviation was 135.5 ml per year in jenin station.

On the other hand, the highest Coefficient of Variation change was%30.7 per a year in the same station.

The study showed that the general direction of the rainfall in the studied stations is being decreased.
