To develop scientific methods of education methodology is imperative for our country's development, and upgrade our society, this challenge requires a new philosophy for the development of education aimed at changing the mindset of the learner, for a generation capable of scientific thinking, creativity and innovation, and out of the culture of received ideas and building culture information processed and converted into a creative production through the transition from knowledge into awareness skills beyond knowledge.

Educational institutions must therefore apply teaching techniques and strategies designed to develop student thinking-in order to increase their effectiveness first while teaching and secondly to increase their effectiveness in practice later.
