Job invoivement and Job enrichment are tiie steps used to make the employees feeling thaï the organization is actually owning them and that thing boost their performance on the job.

Nurses who have achieved the highest degree of success due to job invoivement and enrichment are committed, satisfied, independent, dominant, active, and sensitive, secure and self confident.

Aim of this studv is to develop a model, which will identify the relationships among job invoivement, job enrichment, organizational commitment and job satisfaction for nurses at main Assiut University i-lospital.

A correlational cross-sectionai study design was used.

The study sample consisted of 203 nurses having dipioma degree working in various departments of the hospital.

A self-administered questionnaire was used for data collection, It incliided five parts.

The part was concerned with nurse’s démographie and job characteristics.

2"^ part consisted of twenty three-items related to measure job invoivement.

3'*^ part consisted of sixteen items related to job enrichment.

4'’' part was for assessment of organizational commitment.

The last part was a job satisfaction scale.

Results: Development a model who shows that job satisfaction had strong positive statistically significant corrélations with job invoivement (r=0.62), job enrichment (r=0.45) and commitment (r=0.5l), Meanwhile, there were statistically significant independent predictors of the nurses' satisfaction scores were their scores of job invoivement, job enrichment and organizational commitment.

Job invoivement, job enrichment and organizational commitment had a negative corrélation with nurses' âge (r= - 0.04; r= - 0.17; and r= - 0.06) respectively; in-addition job enrichment and organizational commitment had a negative corrélation with years of experience (r= -0.06; r= -0.04) respectively.

Conclusions: Develop a model that shows a positive association among job invoivement, job enrichment, organizational commitment, and job satisfaction.

In addition, Job invoivement, job enrichment and organizational commitment had a negative corrélation with nurses' âge.

Moreover, job enrichment and organizational commitment had a negative corrélation with years of experience.

Recommendations'.

In the light of the findings, the researcher recommended that: The model that developed in the présent study can be tested by applying these study variables at différent heaith care settings; the findings of the present study have implications for organizations that are attempting to enhance organizational commitment and job satisfaction through job invoivement and enrichment.

This study provides a theoretical and empirical basis for further study of nursing issues inciuding work values, job invoivement, and organizational commitment.
