The subject of the study : Professional mobility and its impact on the value system layout with professors Institute of Science and techniques of physical and sports activities The study aims to identify the magnitude of the impact of the movement who knew him Institutes of Science and techniques of physical and sports activities at the University of Djelfa and the University of Laghouat on moral lines at the Masters and the study was conducted on 51 professor 30 a professor at the Institute of Djelfa and 21 professor at the Institute of Laghouat, it was used descriptive approach because it fits with the study, was professional use and its impact on the movement pattern value system questionnaire and managed the student reached the following conclusions : - Scientific mobility affects the moral lines with professors of the Institute.

- Geographical mobility affects the moral lines with professors of the Institute.

- Mobility affect the job on the layout moral professors at the institute.

- There are no significant differences between the two institutes professors in effect scientific mobility Layout moral differences.

- There are no significant differences between the two institutes professors in effect on geographical mobility Layout moral differences.

- There are significant differences between the two institutes professors in effect occupational mobility on the Layout value system.
