الملخص الإنجليزي

This research is tackled the machinations and tricks suffered by some Abbasid ministers during the Abbasid era and became the reasons of the demise of their influence or killing them or confiscate their money and the control of their competent.

As Abbasid era lasted over nearly five centuries, during which 37 caliphs assumed the power, starting with Abul-Abbas to Al-Mosta'sim Billah, we can not take all of the ministers but we dealt some of them, and this selection was random and not programmatic, especially that some of the caliphs appointed more than one person to the post of the minister.

So, it is impossible, in a limited research, to tackle all of these ministers.

Accordingly, we named our research as (Nuggets from the machinations of Abbasid ministers).

The categories that exposed to these machinations were: caliphs, ministers, writers, governors, military commanders, registrars, and princes, and even general public.

Finally, these machinations indicated to the confusion in Abbasid Caliphate institution, which its dignitaries and leader contributed to its collapse, which led, finally, to its downfall at the hands of Hulagu Khan in the reign of the last Abbasid caliph, Al-Mosta'sim Billah.
