This research deals with the subject of (Sabaya) and its history In Islam and other religions.

It displays this issue from an Islamic perspective based on the Quranic texts and Sunnah of our prophet with proper understanding.

It has been clear through that understanding that Islam is against the slavery at all.

We have to clarify that truth which is some things have been mixed with the religion, but there are no relationship between the both.

They are just an individual actions and personal attempts that have been mixed with the religion during the time, they are not a part of religion.

To understand The phenomenon of slavery is very difficult for us now a days, unless we come back to the circumstances of time and place and the issue of necessities.

But the legislation of Islam -which has been established on gradation and wisdom- has implanted the principle of humanity in the hearts of believers to reject the slavery.

The research also shows how to deal with the slave and the observance of its rights.
