New case of leydig cell tumor of the testis and review of the current literature

A new case of Leydig cell tumor of the testis is presented herein.

We report a case of 42-year old man with presentation of two-year history of painless right testicular mass, and azoospermia.

Radical inguinal orchiedectomy was performed and we discuss the clinical, diagnotic and therapeutic aspects of this uncommon tumor of the testis.

Leydig cell tumors are rare, but are the most common of the non-germ cell tumors and most common presentation is a painless testicular mass, frequently with feminizing characteristics, including gynecomastia, impotence and decreased libido.
