Is of Multi effect of the exchange rate on the balance of payments of great importance, at a time which is the exchange rate tool of the Organization for International Exchange of contemporary, so it provides facilities during exchanges of different which they can transform country's currency into the currency of another country and determined on the basis of exchange rates currency, the balance of payments of a State is summarized or Register regulator for all transactions international economic and financial, which takes place between residents of this state and residents in the rest of the world during the period of time (usually a year), and through this balance the state can know the wealth of human and everything in it of prior commitments abroad, and then determine the plastic or indebtedness of the state to the outside world.

In the context of this study, the relationship between the exchange rate and balance of payments're going in this paper is to examine the record of the case of Algeria from 2000 to 2008, and this year, depending on the program SPSS (Statistical package for social sciences).
