The aim of this study is to discuss the Chinese model in developing exports.

The study dealt with the case of the transformation and the change of Chinese economy into an export-oriented economy through the analysis of the essential basics of the Chinese model in developing exports.

The most important basics are the economic zones, the commercial reforms and the policies of developing exports.

Then, the analysis of the development of Chinese exports during the period (1978- 2012) and determine the most important factors affecting the growth of Chinese exports at the same period.

The study concluded that the Chinese model in developing exports has unique characteristics, where Chinese exports had not only achieved their growth at the global level but had also developed a qualitative level.

What distinguishes the growth of exports in China not the growth of the volume of exports but that China exports product with high level of productivity that reflects the strength and the development the structure of the Chinese industry and the existence of a basis of productivity that seams with a great diversity.
