الملخص الإنجليزي

The research addresses the problem of the wars that claim to tearing humanitarian ties and the fragmentation of communities and the collapse of the economic structure and create hostility and hatred between human and discounts.

The research addresses how to deal with unarmed civilians in the light of Islamic law who are outside the war, whether they were young, or women or patients or disability, these varieties warned of God that the fire of war covered by the Almighty said (and not transgress that God does not love aggressors.) International law and the development of rules for the conduct of combat operations and taking into account the requirements of human life as it called for a special protection for man calling to avoid the killing of unarmed people and the violation of symptoms and looting of property.

The final result of the research that Islamic law has categorically discouraged the attack on the non-combatant and international humanitarian law called for the warring parties to use force against the enemy and that any abuse on the property and the killing of innocent prepare a breach of the law of war.
