الملخص EN

Bromuconazole is a triazole fungicide that is used extensively in the field of agriculture.

In this study, 75 male albino rats were subjected to (50, 25 mg/kg b.wt) and (20, 10 mg/kg b.wt) by both the oral and dermal route at daily basis respectively.

After 30, 60 and 90 days, animals were sacrificed, whole anticoagulated blood, serum and tissue samples (liver, kidney and testis) were collected.

Significant changes in both of the hematological and biochemical results were recorded at the end of each data point in comparison with the control group.

Moreover, histopathological alterations confirmed the changed hematological and biochemical parameters.

In a conclusion, bromuconazole had a disrupting effect as a toxic substance on the exposed experimental rats
