It is one of the common denominators between modern procedural legislations, As the public's right to attend the trial, it is an expression of satisfying feeling for justice, and that when you fall crime harm the interests protected by the legislature to protect the community itself, on the other hand it has a feeling of security for the judiciary, and gives him confidence in the integrity of the provisions that are issued on the basis of the trial.
