الملخص الإنجليزي

The International political regime has witnessed, especially since the last decade of the twentieth century, an increase in the severity of the armed conflicts whether the international or internal character.

Due to the negative impacts which resulted from the armed conflicts, the international and territorial organizations have determined to settle the armed conflicts, especially the non-international one.

The study, and through the deal with the armed conflicts and the role of the international and territorial organization in the settlement, has concluded the following points including : 1-The recent theory is characterized by the extension in the concept of the internal conflicts, especially since the last decade of the 20th century.

It becomes under the control of the international conflicts, every armed conflict on a wide scope.

2-The means of the settlement of the conflicts are varied, especially since the last decade of the 20th century.

The international and territorial organizations have tried to use any suitable mean to settle the conflicts even if this mean includes the use of the armed power.
