The study aimed to acknowledge the reality of E-learning in the Palestinian universities in the light of knowledge management from the perspective of faculty members.

The population of the study comprised (1850) members of the faculty at universities (Birzeit, Jerusalem, and al Najah) , which was a stratified random sample that amounted a percent of (17.8%) and total sample size of (329) faculty members.

The study used a descriptive approach.

After data collection by questionnaire paragraphs are from (49) paragraph, the researchers created, and then analyzed.

The study results showed that the area of the availability of the E- learning environment was ranked first in terms of arithmetic average total score (3.91) and a standard deviation (0.93) , and ranked second field both the concept of e- learning an arithmetic mean was (3.81) and a standard deviation (0.76) and either the field e- learning outcomes was in third place with a mean total score was (3.76) and a standard deviation of (0.77).

The study results showed that there were no significant differences (a≤0.05) to gender and years of experience and level of the university and academic qualifications except for the presence of differences in variable scientific qualification for the University of al Najah where the differences are substantial and in favor of a master’s doctorate.

In light of the previous findings, the study reached set recommendations
