This paper discloses that the Arab woman is still suffering from the deprivation + many rights.

The analytical descriptive method is utilized to highlight women's rights as comprised in some Quran and Sunni's Speeches, constitutions of some Arab countries, and women's rights in the International Agreements; the core research topic of the paper is to show the role of the cultural relativism of Arab societies in depriving Arab woman from many rights in spite of what she gained from globalization; the main result of the study is that the Arab woman had achieved many rights throughthe global efforts and what exemplified by the constitutions and the international agreement , but she still suffers deprivation from many rights as result of concepts and practices rooted in Arab societies which put the woman at the back of the man.
