الملخص العربي

الحمد لله رب العالمين، والصلاة والسلام على المبعوث رحمة للعالمين، سيدنا محمد، وعلى آله وصحبه أجمعين؛ وبعد: فلقد كان الإنسان وما زال وسيظل هو المخاطب والمعني بخطاب الله سبحانه وتعالى، إذ إنه قطب الرحى في هذا الوجود، وخطاب الامتنان على هذا الإنسان في كتاب الله سبحانه وتعالى، وسنة نبيه صلى الله عليه وسلم بحاجةٍ إلى مزيد تجلية، وكثرة ايضاح واستنباط أحكام، وبيان مدلولات، وتخريج تطبيقات، وعظيم تأمل، وكثير تدبر، واستماع العقل والقلب معا، فهو اشعار من الله واستشعار من العبد، وإدراك لمراد هذا الخطاب العظيم.

وينقسم الامتنان إلى دنيوي وأخروي؛ أما الدنيوي فهو فيما سخر الله تعالى للإنسان من النعم ظاهرة وباطنة برا وبحرا وجوا، وأما الأخروي فهو فيما يتعلق بالديانة والأعمال الموصلة إلى رضوان الله تعالى، إذ إنه سبحانه خفف عن عباده ورضي منهم بالقليل إذا صلحت النية وأخلص العمل ورخص لهم في بعض ما ألزمهم به، وأحل لهم ما حرم على من سبقهم إكراما لهم.

وهذا الخطاب المتناول في هذه الدراسة هو خطاب امتناني يشعر بالتفضل والتكرم والإنعام ابتداء، ثم يشير ختاما إلى التناول والانتفاع والقصد إليهما والقيام عليهما، إما إباحة أو استحبابا أو وجوبا، وهذا فيما امتن الله تعالى به على عباده في أمور الدنيا وما سخره لهم منها.

أما فيما امتن به سبحانه على خلقه في أمور الدين والتخفيف عنهم فهو مما يحتاج إليه في تأصيل القواعد وضبط العلل والمرجحات وفهم الدلالات والقرائن.

وتأتي هذه الدراسة مسلطة الضوء على هذا الخطاب العظيم وتعلقاته الأصولية وأثره في القواعد الأصولية وما يستنبط ويستفاد منه من أحكام فقهية.

الملخص الإنجليزي

All praise be to Allah the Lord of all beings and peace and blessings be upon the mercy for the worlds, our beloved prophet Mohammed and the members of his house and his companions.

Mankind was and will continue to be the subject meant in Allah almighty's dialogue in the scripture because man represents the reason of God's creation of the universe.

In many areas Allah counts favors and reminds mankind of the blessings bestowed upon man by Allah.

This can be observed in the almighty's book Quran and in the teachings of the Prophet Mohammed Peace be upon him.

This reasoning needs further clarification and explanations and careful thinking with regards to the essence and the applications of this reasoning.

Further, much thought and analysis as well as listening to our hearts and minds are needed to feel and understand the meaning of this great speech.

Allah's favor counting reasoning and speech addresses two topics which can be divided into two categories; worldly and non-worldly.

Worldly means all the blessings bestowed by Allah and his many gifts to mankind whether seen or unseen, evident or non-evident on land, sea, and in space.

On the other hand, reminding of favors can have non-worldly favors and aims and deals with the religious duties that lead to the pleasure of Allah.

Over time, Allah has made lighter and easier many forms of worship that previously were required of mankind in previous religions.

Allah, accepted less efforts which are, if done with pure intentions, will result in pleasure from Allah.

Allah also permitted certain obligations and allowed some of the things that were forbidden in previous eras.

The favor counting speech and reasoning addressed in this study gives the believers a sense of the grace and the generosity of Allah.

Then the study directs the believers on how to benefit from and what to do with these blessings.

Further it provided analysis whether these favors are permissible, favorable, or required.

So, this address favors of worldly blessings.

On the other hand, the part of reasoning/dialogue addressing favors bestowed by God on mankind in matters dealing with faith and religion, needs to be interpreted in accordance with the rules and needs to comply with Islamic rationale and needs to be analyzed in accordance with precedents and evidence.

This study sheds light on this Godly dialogue and also sheds light on the fundamental meanings and the interrelationships with the principles and rules to be used, to arrive at jurisprudence rules and conclusions.

In Allah is all guidance and strength
