The city of Oran knew a succession of many different cultures in their motives and their causes, Such as the occupation of Spain, the Ottoman Empire and the French colonialism ; All contributed to such intellectual legacy that their scientists tried to fight it conflicted with their religious background and legitimacy ,Especially if it opposed with their religious and legitimacy background, And touched the national constants Focusing on “ A Ribatat” that the foreign students coming to the city of Oran from neighboring areas were committed to it , students coming from Mascara ,Tiaret and other cities.
