Tawarruq using a house as a commodity : house buy for cash and sell lease

السؤال

Dear Dr. Kahf, As-Salaamu Alaikum Warah'matul-Laahi Wa Barakaatuhuu We approached a finance company here in the U.A.E. for funding for a project. They have requested that my friend give them the details of the house he owns so that they will give us financing by means of buying the house he lives in and giving us cash. I know they will try to get some extra profit of of this trade ? What is there a shari'a compatible formula that they can use ? Thanks in advance
