الملخص الإنجليزي

46 cases with perforated acute appendicitis have been admitted into both karak governmental hospital and prince ali hospital.

Urine and blood culture examination in mu'tah university lab led to found 8 types of bacteria with dominant of Escherichia coli and Entrobacter sp .

and that consider a very good correlation between cases with perforated acute appendicitis and bacteria isolated from them.

Those patients in this study where evaluated corroding to age, sex, history of urinary tract disease and operative finding.

also, surgical finding concerning the location of the appendix and whether it was ruptured were obtained from the operative report to avoid interrupted with other dieses such UTI.
