A connection is made between the inductance and the lattice Green's function of the perturbed network.

The lattice Green's function and the inductance of the perturbed lattice are expressed in terms of unperturbed (perfect) lattice by solving Dyson's equation.

The inductance between two adjacent nodes is calculated by corresponding equation and some recurrence formulae.

For an infinite triangular lattice, we used an expression for the inductance in terms of lattice Green's function at the origin, known as rational numbers, and some recurrence formulae.

The rough out this work we found that the effective inductance between any two nodes in finite lattice (perfect and perturbed) is larger than that between them in the corresponding infinite lattice.

Also, we found that the effective inductance of the perturbed lattice in the case of the substitutional inductance is larger (smaller) than that of the perfect lattice if the substitutional inductance is larger (smaller) than L, while the effective inductance for the perturbed lattice with interstitial inductance is always smaller than that of the perfect lattice.

Finally, the simulated values of the effective inductance are measured the circuit maker found in good agreement with those calculated, but when approaching the edges or the surface of the lattice, the measured values found to exceed those calculated.
