In this paper, we have given some necessary and sufficient conditions for all non-oscillatory solutions to the nonlinear neutral differential equation [Y (t)-p (t)y(t(t)) “+q(t)f(y(a(t))) =0] So that converge to zero as .

Some examples are given to illustrate the obtained results
