converting a personal debt into a Shari`ah complaint loan

Assalamu Alaykum Wa Rahmatullahi Wa Barakatuh, Mubarak Ramadan. I am a convert to Islam and I have found Islamic loans to mortgage a house or to buy a car, but I am wondering if there is an Islamic consolidation loan for personal debt ? Is there a way for those who convert to Islam to convert their personal debt into a Shari’ah compliant loan ? Thank you. Jazakum Allahu Khairan for your constant help
