Contracts and institutions : Islam's stance on Lariba

Assalamu Alaykum Wa Rahmatullahi Wa Barakatuh, Can you please give me your openion about Lariba. It is a financial institution in the United States for financing residential and business properties. They could be accessed at Lariba.com. They say their model is based on Islamic concept of Loan free interest and rental but nobody here in the US was able to tell me a frank straightforward openion about their method. Thank you.
