We noticed that colonial occupation has been back to the former colonies after independence.

Given this one need to answer this problematic question: how theories about removing remnants of the occupation have dealt with their subject matter in reality? To answer this question we were obliged to choose a mehtod; so it was the historical and descriptive method because it is more appropriate to treat this issue.

Therefore, we pay attention to one school in this topic including several different theories in beliefs and practices.

Their theorists are prominent as: the Algerian thinker (Malek Bennabi) in his "colonizibitlity", (George Balandier) in his "Sociology of dynamics", (Mohammad Naqeeb Al-Attas) in his (period of post-occupation), and (Talal Asad), the founder of the theory of "removing the effects of occupation" (Decolonization), as well as his disciples dispersed in the world, nations and peoples, together with the entire implications of this idea.
