الملخص EN

Inspite of the number of developments it brings, the existential qualities of modernity have negative, disappointing and disastrous impingements on the individual’s psychological make-up.

Despite being revolutionary and reactionary to Realism and Romanticism, modern poetry remains loaded with the individual’s personal experience and psychological knots.

It is also thematically centered on a sterile vision of modern life and conveys its mode of despair, loss, absurdism, alienation, pessimism, and fragmentation.

Because fragmentation is the common state of being in the modern age, whole ness and order become the artist’s propensity and ultimate aim.

Poets use an artistic form, which is allusive, fragmentary, complex, and highly innovative.

Their artistic sensibility is in tandem with the individual’s experience.

The quest for psychological wholeness and integrity is reflected in the formal and structural aspects of their poems.

Such unity is displayed in the blending of the fragmented parts of art, in the fusion of form and content, the internal and the external.
