This article studies an important historical phase of the struggle of the northern africain countries against the French colonization after the second world war.

The Leaders of the national party have created other types of fight starting from the Arab Orient especially Cairo and the foundation of the Arab council.

As a first unitarian experience that aims to unify the Maghreb struggle starting from the convention of february 1947 that lead to the creation of Arab Maghreb office that contains many national personalities.

With the arrival of Abdelkrim Alkhetabi to Cairo he created Arab Maghreb liberation comitee in January 1948 .But divergency about the methods of struggle had lead to the failure of these methods of struggle.
