Trading shares and stocks : share trading business in Saudi Arabia

Assalamu Alaykum Wa Rahmatullahi Wa Barakatuh, Nowadays share business in Saudi is on boom. Every Saudi investing their money in this and it came to know me this is Halal so could you please guide me in this matter as I am also interested in this it is also learnt that this is permissible because beside the profit there is loss in this.
