الملخص الإنجليزي

The study was conducted at the University of Babylon College of basic education aims to detect the availability of the necessary language skills in Arabic language Department enforcement performance/basic education faculty and researcher, adopted its complete descriptive of the objectives discussed by answering the following questions : 1-what is the language skills needed to be available in the Arabic language Department enforcement performance/klier basic education and its complete.

2-Do you have the necessary language skills in Arabic language Department enforcement of ADA/College of basic education and its complete ? The researcher used a closed survey tool to examine the questionnaire included four areas (speech skill, writing, listening, and reading skill) each skill consisted of a number of paragraphs, the total number of paragraphs (40) paragraph by fields, the researcher applied questionnaire (note card) on a sample of law enforcement basic education faculty students/Arabic language numbered section (80) applied and applicable for academic year (2015-2016) who apply at governorate Center morning studies only, after which analyzed the results using program (spss) EMI, the researcher found that provide the necessary language skills to the four skills in varying proportions, and that a decision under the name (language skills) examines the public universities and private Arabic language section like other Arabic countries, and made a number of proposals from researcher to conduct a study similar to the rest of the faculty.
