الملخص الإنجليزي

The study aims to measure the size of the change in the level of the municipal services sector and to identify the most important problems that the municipal services sector suffers .

The problem of solid waste of all types ( house hold , agricultural , industrial , health ) is one of the biggest problems experience by developed and developing courtiers which represent the biggest source of pollution and a threat to human life and environmental safety because of its toxic and dangerous components to manage them within a sound environmental framework in spite of the increasing quantities of solid waste produced annually in Iraq the basic processes of its management ( collection , transport , sorting , processing ,recycling , and final disposal) have not kept abreast of the global development in this field and its lack of clear strategies and plans to deal with these waste and environmental pollution resulting in the loss of opportunities for exploitation as a resource that can benefit from it.
