The subject of organizational intelligence have attracted the attention of academic researchers and management of business organizations alike, in a line with the changes steady in every organizations aspects starting from their internal environment and its external environment, and the need to study and apply organizational intelligence in various organizations comes from the need to Follow-up of these changes and take advantage of opportunities that arise in the organization's work environment to increase and improve its performance.

Also, the study of a creative ideas for the member of teaching staff in academic organizations contribute to discover the aspects of strengths and develop it, as well as an attempt to identify the weaknesses in order to overcome them and try to determine the causes.

The aim of this research is to study the influential relationship of organizational intelligence in development of creative ideas in a sample of the academic teaching staff in the University of Dohuk and its colleges, which consisted of (83) respondents, the obtained data from a sample is analyzed by using the software statistical (SPSS) where produced product analysis, the research access a number of conclusions and the most important is: the decrease of creative ideas levels among the teaching staff in humanitarian colleges compared with those in science faculties, particularly in scientific research activities and participation in foreign conferences, because of the decrease of organizational intelligence levels in humanitarian colleges.

The research presented a number of proposals among which was the establishment of a unit of intelligence organizational working on the follow-up creative ideas for teachers and try to put them into practice by them with providing financial and scientific facilities.
