General questions on Zakah : Zakah and Ijtihad

السؤال

1-If I have an Ijtihadi view on an issue in Zakah, so Muslims have to see what were / are the decisions of Fiqh Academy in KSA, Right Dr Kahf ? 2-What about then the Qeyasi (analogy) issues like Fixed Assets exemption or not, from where shall I take my views / stands ? If you will tell me Dr. Kahf that I have to choose the doctrine or school am following, then why it is not like in the case of Ijtihadi view : to have a reference (like Fiqh Academy) why it is not applicable in Qeyas. Pls help,,,
