The talk on the supject of linguistics Functional in the Arabic jurisprudence is not rooting the concepts presented in modern linguistics as it is necessary to indicate cognitive extensions of the Arabic code , and to provide a side of leading ideas presented by ancient Arabic scientists, particularly aware of jurisprudence , but sometimes were not given interest by some scolars,as with all recent arrival concepts from western statements.

And the fact that the need of search today to citations of the modern western lessons and its coupes, do not ,cancel any way its sources to determine its visions ,and adjust the origins of human know ledge, lest there be coping with the modern thought and is olated from any reference or identity , as it is to day´s reality in many areas.
