The usage sociology follower observes very well that this perspective, was born after the transaction that touched the communicative study approaches and devolved It from an idea of exposure to the communication means and the public negative views that it contains to an idea of receiving that it expresses an active and effective usage of different communicative technologies, which is the transaction from questioning what the media is doing to the public with the communication technologies , thus the heed of the media’s effect study shifted to a study of the producer ‘s patterns of singular and personnel action , and this heed took shape theoretically and methodologically in the approach of a micro sociology of the individual or the community study as analysis unite, far from the redundancy and typical methods previously used in public studies , but this focus on this micro sociology dimension on the study didn’t last long ,as some theoretical and methodological necessities started to show up which called for renovation , the usage as individual act is also an act framed by the community context which it exist in , even if it looked like a field practice , these practices is built by necessity on the user representations on the tool, and these representations rise without a doubt from the social representations supplies , if it’s found on a micro sociological level then it’s representation is found on a macro sociological level , also the incorporation of some technicality in a selected social layout will create a dialectic relation of production and reproduction of the practices between technology and society , and that’s what create a second transaction in the usage sociology, some intellectuals manifested it in invitations to articulation of the micro sociology directions and the macro sociology orientations to analyze the communication technologies usage phenomenon.
