The relationship between the concept of security and interactions with international actors in the current international situation raises several problems whether at the academic or at field level that makes the interpretation of the nature of this relationship understandable in the light of an accurate scientific conceptualization by establishing realistic indicators including the economic side, the social, and political; in addition to a set of classification criteria according to local, regional, and international sources The importance of the concept of security in international relations is as a key method to interpret the evolution Security and Strategic Studies according to a methodology based on cognitive analytical models where the concept of security dilemma between international actors are included.

The latter has made the problem of security in international politics the essence of analysis in the current international interactions.

The aim of this study is to determine the various internal factors influencing the international trends which contribute to the evolution of the concept of security.

The study attempts to explain the concept of security from a new perspective by using post -Constructivism approach, and to identify strategies and security policies where the development of different ontological perspectives is needed for the interpretation of the concept.

The results will enable us to the understanding of the evolution of theorization in security studies in the future.
