This study sheds light on compromisation projects addressed since 1991, even Kerry's project on 2013, which come in total to focus on the resettlement of the Palestinians refugees and compensate them wherever they are consequently.

It included an introduction that explains the study importance, the previous studies and their concepts questions, articles time framework and methodology.

It is divided into four investigations, too It starts with its main question: How do compromisation projects since Madrid 1991 until Kerry's project deal with the case of the Palestinians refugees back to their lands? with its response that forms, and upon which the most important results and recommendations of this study were demonstrated to stand against this resolution built on unfairness, violates the international legitimacy.
