And the contracting via the internet became a tool link among peoples, and reduced the direct between communication between the terminal-contractors, especially reached such transactions to our country and practiced by scientists and commoners(public and private),and deal with the industrial and commercial countries such as China, Malaysia and others.

So this research aims to identify the full and complete virtue of electronic contracts and their methods, and the statement of the Judgment of making different contracts through the Internet with the statement of compatibility of these contracts via the Internet with civil law in terms of the contract and its correctness.
