The subject of this search relates with crimes of exploiting of internal information in Jordanian securities Law No.

76 for 2000, this subject is very important to organization of work in the financial market, it relates with internal information with direct impact on prices of current securities, it is basis which depends investors on it in take their investment decisions about the sale or purchase of securities.

Problem of the search arises because appearance of some of the negative behaviors associated with dealing in securities, which constitute breach of the principle of equality between investors in obtain information related to securities, thus, breach to legal rules that regulate the work in the financial markets, whether it be through the exploitation of internal information directly by insider on it or indirectly through divulging this information to non insiders on it, who deal with securities accordingly, which calls to showing adequacy of the legal texts, which criminalize these behaviors, and its adequacy to the advancement by the penal responsibility for the perpetrators.

The importance of this search stands out because it highlights some of the crimes that would undermine foundations of the dealing in the financial market, which is reflected negatively on the national economy, that financial markets constitute its nerve.
