It can be said that the Palestinian issue, which is one of the key issues for Muslims and Arabs was the point of convergence and divergence of interests for the State Great Her decision in the Security Council, where all positions built on the basis of their interests and not on the basis of international justice, so the Arab project requires the use of economic and diplomatic pressure in order to support the Palestinian cause, as the fundamentals are not in politics, but also of interest that are built on the basis of political attitudes, which reflected a legal nature of UN resolutions.

In this study, an attempt to clarify the interpretation of Russia's policies towards the Palestinian issue, through a brief historical starting to understand the nature of the Russian deal with this issue at the present time.

And to answer questions regarding the grounds for the return of Russia to the region and what are the determinants of this return? We will discuss it in two sections, the first section is exposed to: History of the evolution of Russian policy towards the Palestinian issue, while the second section is exposed to: Russia's policy toward the Palestinian issue after the end of the Cold War.
