Tuberculosis of the parotid gland is is extremely rare.
Diagnosis is difficult because there are no specific clinical, radiological or biological signs of the disease.
His presentation can mimic malignancy.
We report a case of tuberculosis of the parotid gland, whose diagnosis was pathological.
The aim is to present the diagnostic difficulties of this disease.
الملخص FRE
La localisation de la tuberculose au niveau de la glande parotide est extrêmement rare.
Aucun élément clinique, radiologique et biologique ne permet d'orienter le diagnostic.
Sa présentation peut mimer une tumeur maligne.
Nous rapportons un cas de tuberculose de la glande parotide dont le diagnostic était anatomopathologique dans le but de présenter les difficultés diagnostiques de cette affection.
