Economic diversification has become a matter of concern for a lot of petroleum countries suffering from a severe imbalance in their economies as a result of its dependence on the hydrocarbon sector as the only source of national income, where such a situation led to a lack of diversity of economic activity resulting in financial problems and economic and social forced many of these countries to adopt economic diversification strategy that targeted from which to revive and move the various sectors outside of fuel, especially since it will allow them to provide a fraternal sources of income in the long term.

And Algeria is one of those countries that have worked since independence to achieve economic diversification through the implementation of many of the policies and development plans aimed at achieving selfsufficiency as a first target and then export then as a second target, this is what will allow it to achieve economic and attain economic rise of independence.
