الملخص الإنجليزي

The term of human peace considers the person its basic unit in analyzing and it becomes the center of any security politician or economics or political , which is the achieving of individuals security and establishing mechanisms which oblige the state to fulfil its promises.

The main interest of Imam Al-Hassan Al-Mujtaba (pbuh) was achieving the human peace for Muslim individual by supplying good life which includes good living , individual security and individual freedom , so he faced outlaws because they threatened the human peace , but he realized that his army is dispersal and its base in Kufa is weak , he realized that fighting Muawiya Bin Abi Sufiyan will increase war time and enlarge its range , kill Muslims and destroy the human peace instead of keeping it .

Imam Al-Hassan (pbuh) was obliged to accept the truce with conditions to keep human peace , achieve peace for society , save believers lives and supply good life for them.

Peaceful resistance was the method adopted by Imam Al-Hassan (pbuh) to face challenges and risks which threatened the human peace all over Islamic state .

This is clear in his speech " Muawiya fought me about my right , so I left it to him for the sake of my nation and to keep their lives and I have seen that to save lives is better than shedding blood , and this may be a reason for those who wished this matter".

We discussed in our research : The definition of human peace and the historical development of this term and also the opinion of Imam Al-Hassan (pbuh) about the truce and its reasons by analyzing and comparison the conditions of Imam Al-Hassan (pbuh) and their requirements of human peace in the modern time.
