الملخص EN

This research attempts to find the requirements of the economic knowledge in the training that is implicated in the Algerian institutes and departments of physical education and sport.

In order to achieve this aim, we develop a questionnaire to determine and define these requirements as well as the administrative roles that are required by each institution and department.

In addition, this research aims at finding whether there are differences between the institutions and departments in the process of training in order to define the best one, depending on the requirements of the economic knowledge, through the point of views of the teachers and administrators who handle administrative tasks.

The results reveal that there are statistic differences between the institutions and departments, which are the subject of our study.

We concluded that there is no difference between an institution and a department in the nature of training, based on the requirement of the economic knowledge.

In addition, we find out that the appropriateness of the training in some institutions and departments, with some requirement of the economic knowledge, is not appropriate in other institutions and departments, and vice versa.

Based on these findings, we assume that the general hypothesis is proved, while the two sub-hypotheses are not, based on the point of views of the teachers and administrators.
