One of description that must be judged in Islamic Law is description of ignorance, sometimes the contracts are not valid with the existence of ignorance and some contracts are not valid except with the presence of ignorance and others are correct with the existence of ignorance without being a condition in order to be valid, also it is necessary to gurar of his presence and it is obliged to do so.

The ignorance is not considered to be an independent to the validity of the contracts at all, but rather it is prohibited in the contracts of financial compensation that are based on the mokayassa and the creditor and the development of the money and its investment because ignorance in it leads to gurar which in turn leads to conflict and disunity
