Is the upgrade enough to reinforce the performance of SME ?

The article constitutes the empirical instrument making it possible to bring operational slopes on the upgrade of SME to Algeria.

It attempts to know the impact of the process of upgrade about the reinforcement of the economic situation of the companies having undergone this treatment.

In order to tackle this question, and on the basis of sample of 20 SME of the wilaya of Oran pertaining to the sector of profit Manufacturing industries of program (EDPME), we carried out a comparative analysis of which the data of these last were collected for the year 2005 and 2009 thus presenting their situations before and after the installation of the program of setting level.
