Custody of children is regarded as one among the numerous questions that the field of psychology sheds lights onto ,for the reason that alternative families strive to insure custody for orphans or children of unknown parentage, without having the least idea of how custody goes , nor having the needed psychological aptitude,nor -at times- the financial readiness,the process of custody, as a result of a reason or another happens to fail on many occasions.

This report attempts to highlight this critical point exhibiting, thereby the most complicated barriers that may cause custody to ail, which would eventually result in children being either sent back to care centres, or left to suffer homelessness.
