Advertising plays a very important role in the levels of economic development and marketing of products, especially in a market economy that has opted for Algeria since 1988 the Algerian lawmakers put at the disposal of all professional resources necessary to encourage free and fair competition, and provided it ensure to satisfy consumer needs and respect their rights .
But note that often exist "between the strong and the weak is the topic freedom which oppresses and the law that liberates" where the professional use of false, deceptive or misleading at the limit of legality spirit of easy money and fast .
The law imposed severe sanctions even compels him the respect of consumer rights and that advertising is honest and truthful
الملخص FRE
La publicité joue un rôle très important au niveau du développement économique et à la commercialisation des produits, surtout dans l'économie de marché que l’Algérie a opté pour depuis 1988.
Le législateur algérien mit à la disposition du professionnel tous moyens nécessaires afin d'encourager une concurrence libre et loyale, et à condition qu'il veille à satisfaire les besoins du consommateur et à respecter leurs droits.
Mais à noter que, souvent exister "Entre le fort et le faible, c`est la liberté qui opprime et la loi qui libère" où le professionnel use la publicité fausse mensongère ou trompeuse à la limite de la légalité par esprit de gain facile et rapide.
La loi a imposé des sanctions sévères à même de lui oblige le respect de droits de consommateur et pour que la publicité soit loyale et véridique
