The objective of this paper is to learn about the role of administrative empowerment in the development of the behavior of organizational citizenship for the employees of the Algerian company, with the study of the state of the national company for grease in the productive unit in green.

To achieve the objectives of the study, a questionnaire was designed and developed for the purpose of collecting data, We used the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) to analyze the questionnaire data, based on many statistical methods in order to determine whether there were statistically significant differences from the views of the study sample members to the role of administrative empowerment in the development of behavior The study concluded that there is a statistically significant impact between the dimensions of empowerment and the behavior of organizational citizenship, in addition to a low level of empowerment.

The study recommends that the managers of the company should be interested in achieving administrative empowerment, This allows employees to feel confident in the management of the institution and provide them with an incentive to do their utmost and to carry out voluntary work in order to achieve the objectives of the company.
