The goal of research to evaluate management performance in Faculty of Education And tongues Amran, According to some of the requirements of TQM from the viewpoint of teachers and administrators and students, and impact of the (sex, and qualifications, and experience, and job) on their assessment of the performance, and descriplive and identification of (105) paragraphs-divided into seven areas-distributed sample intended (97); (34) from professors (15) from administrative (48)from students, statistical treatment, program (spss) for research.
