The present research aimed mainly to evaluate the policies of attracting Arab investments by focusing on the guarantees, facilities and privileges offered to investors.

The research also addressed a number of obstacles that may prevent the encouragement of attracting Arab investments in the desired and expected manner.

The research was based on the analytical descriptive approach.

The research community represents all Arab investments in Aqaba Private Economic Zone.

The sample of the study was formed by Al Saraya as a model for Arab investments in Aqaba Private Economic Zone.

The researcher adopted a set of statistical measures for data analysis within the Statistical Packages for Social Sciences (SPSS) program.

The research concluded the following main findings : there is an average agreement and support among the members of the research sample regarding the contribution of Arab investment policies in Aqaba Economic Zone for attracting Arab investments in the desired and expected manner.

The research also found that there are a number of obstacles that standing as stumbling stone to attract Arab investments in Aqaba Economic Zone.

The research suggested various recommendation in this regard i.e.

evaluating the policies of attracting Arab investments in Aqaba Economic Zone and drawing a road map to control obstacles and challenges that prevent attracting Arab investments in Aqaba Economic Zone in an effective manner, particularly in terms of high investment costs .
