This study aimed to provide reading of Malik bin Al Raib poem where he lament himself through highlighting homesickness and regreting it, and showed that the poem is dominated by intense fear of death from beginning to end, and remorse to leave was because of what ended up with this departure from the face death, and it appeared that the fear of death is what the rule of image homesickness in the poem, and that what emerged from this nostalgia but was nostalgia for the life of the security, safety and peace of mind, and that the home is linked in this way of life, and not in other ways represent the conflict and adventure, and the place of exile has emerged linked to the conflict and danger and adventure that led to the death.
